Our mission is to provide individualized hands-on care that enriches the lives of those we serve and helps them live safely in their homes. Our Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is one of the oldest and is the largest of such programs in New York.

This insurance requires prior authorization for procedures, and the approval process is extremely hard and lack of transparency. The approval timeline is delayed for no reason and against their own stated timeline. If you have illness, mostly likely you will get into a much more worse condition due to all the delaying of treatment. It can be life or death. All the staff for providers work from home and do not do their job You can't reach a provider relations rep
It practically provides all kinds of services for people's health. No doubt that the staff works hard. Can it do a good job is a completely different question. It has space for improvement in the managerial level.
Their stuffs unreasonable. I parked my car behind the sign, their front desk lady use f word ask me to move it. The front desk lady acted she own the whole block.
