Our mission is to provide individualized hands-on care that enriches the lives of those we serve and helps them live safely in their homes. Our Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is one of the oldest and is the largest of such programs in New York.

Be aware of this company if you are going to work for them. They hire you and tells you after 3 months you will be permanent but then fire you because they do not want to give any benefits. Terrible management.
This insurance requires prior authorization for procedures, and the approval process is extremely hard and lack of transparency. The approval timeline is delayed for no reason and against their own stated timeline. If you have illness, mostly likely you will get into a much more worse condition due to all the delaying of treatment. It can be life or death. It practically provides all kinds of services for people's health. No doubt that the staff works hard. Can it do a good job is a completely different question. It has space for improvement in the managerial level.
