Liar!!! I have been a customer of this travel agency LA office since 2001. I purchased a round trip ticket to South Korea a few months ago and the agent (she used "Jamie" for her English name) told me that the cancellation fee was $250. I requested to cancel the ticket just now and she told me that the cancellation fee $300 would be deducted from the refund. I told her that she told me the cancellation fee was $250 when I purchased the ticket but she told me that the fee would $300 and then just hung up the call! So rude!!! ... read more
