This place is truly awesome. The leasing manager Mike is what sets this place apart. Extremely friendly, responsive and takes the time to get to know each resident. Quiet, extremely clean, and any maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. The sweet little things that Mike does randomly to let you know that your welcome really shines through. Highly recommend.
Center stage apartments has really shown me what a friendly, welcoming, helpful and caring place to live. The manager of the complex Mike Barnes has shown me what a real manager should be like. He’s always available if you need anything whether it’s before during or after office hours. If you need anything looked at or repaired it’s done in a very timely manner and is repaired correctly the first time. I highly recommend reaching out to Mike with any questions.
Mike the property manager is great! He answers any questions I have in a timely manner and is super helpful with anything I need!
The worst place I ever rented. Do not rent here. I terminated my lease due to feeling so unsafe. Management was angry. Reported the smoking problem to law enforcement numerous times before management sent a mass text to all tenants chewing them out about it. The smell of weed affected my anxiety levels and my mental health. My fight and flight was on response overtime. Management was definitely in on it.
