I am just moving in at Center Square. I've read all the rules and regulations at least 10 times. I want to be familiar with my obligations. I must say that the staff at Center square has gone out of their way to accommodate my every need and request. The common. areas are so inviting, they're so neat and clean they almost shine. The view from my balcony is spectacular and they even pick up my trash every day. If the rest of my stay (which I expect to be permanent) continues like the beginning I'll die a happy woman. OK.... Stolen belongings when on vacation. Formal complaints ignored be authorities hence for my safety I moved. They didn’t return my deposit after adequate notice was provided that I was vacating the premises. A neighbor was on probation, disruptive, violent behavior, threats to tenants and deliberately set off alarms forcing tenants to evacuate buildings. This is not a safe environment.
