Since I just moved out, I appreciated that they provide a cart and large elevator reservation. It's so nice that the large elevator opens up in the back to a loading area, so that you can park your car close for quick un-/loading. They also provided a move-out checklist form, which was a helpful reminder for things to take care of! Kind staff!
