The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is clean and quiet. The common areas are bright and well appointed. The apartment is newly renovated, clean, the appliances are new, and the size is excellent for the price and location.
I started moving into my apartment on January 24th. Even though I won't be there full time until mid-February, my experience went great! Everyone is so friendly from the leasing manager to the residents; they really make you feel welcome. The building is so inviting to people. It used to be a retirement community, so they have a common room for people to gather and play games or watch to, so they can hang out and have a good time! I pay an absurd amount of money to live in a tiny apartment and cannot even confidently order packages. This is now the 4th stolen package from this facility. I am done. You would think that the amount of money you pay to live somewhere will ensure you can have quality of life. Apparently not anymore....
