Place is total trash. Old, dirty, smells terrible. Always renovations going on so very noisy. Major plumbing issues. Management is impossible to reach and unprofessional. Incredibly expensive with hidden fees. They tried to raise my rent a substantial amount after 6 months. Many other issues. Read the reviews not the responses from the hole in the wall that belongs in the worst part of Philly. I’m super happy to be gone from there.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is clean and quiet. The common areas are bright and well appointed. The apartment is newly renovated, clean, the appliances are new, and the size is excellent for the price and location.
I started moving into my apartment on January 24th. Even though I won't be there full time until mid-February, my experience went great! Everyone is so friendly from the leasing manager to the residents; they really make you feel welcome. The building is so inviting to people. It used to be a retirement community, so they have a common room for people to gather and play games or watch to, so they can hang out and have a good time!
