Dulce is awesome with how informational she is. We weren’t able to rent here but she helped us with there sister properties. Thank you !!
Dulce does such a great job with being responsive and always in the office when I need something resolved . Really like this because I’ve been to other properties and couldn’t get a response. Great job !!
Great place to live! Quiet area despite being near the Max Station, Very nice apartments with hardwood flooring and spacing living area. The apartment manager Dulce is very nice and a pleasure to work with. Neighbors are pretty quiet, I'm positive this is due to the walls being thicker or with proper insulation which helps to quiet the noise. All the apartments have their own patio/balcony with storage and its great! The only issues I have with the apartment is that visitor parking is VERY limited and the shared laundry rare... read more

I had a great experience with Dulce. Loved the new renovation to these apartments. She showed me around the complex and told me about all the great amenities and places close by. Really enjoyed my time there.
