I had a very disappointing appointment today after waiting almost 2 weeks for a appointment was informed by the front desk that I would have to wait 2/3 hours to see the doctor, when I informed the receptionist that that I in fact had a 2pm appointment another lady found my booking, I was the to take a seat in a crowded room with 9 people and pets, bearing in view that we are in a pandemic situation I left feeling very disappointed with the whole situation.
