The doctor and his staff has always been very friendly and prompt with my care.
I don't need a doctor very often but when I had a car accident and wanted to get a referral to a spine clinic, my dr, Dana Dowdy, refused to see me so now I am looking for a new dr in addition to dealing with my accident injury. I will never set foot in there again. I asked them to mail me my medical records and they don't even have a form to email me so I can get those. They told me I had to come in or just have my new dr call.

It's been fine,the staff are nice.but the building barely has room.also love how it's close to where I live
I would give this place zero stars if I could. They have constantly changing staff, are always inappropriate, do not handle patients with care or value, and lack even the most basic communication skills. They "dismissed" my kids and me from the practice after they messed up and lied about shots that they had available during an appointment that I'd had scheduled for weeks for my daughter that were necessary for school. The staff were talking crap about me loudly in another room where I could hear them, and I confronted them ... read more
