Need something? Good luck. Have an issue? Good luck. Physicals are “any issues from last week talked? Okay” good luck getting refills on medication too without going back into the office they’d rather you run out then get what you medically need without paying them more.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this office. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the way my situation was handled left me feeling frustrated and dismissed. I expected better communication and professionalism from a medical office. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office and hope they take patient concerns and communication more seriously in the future...

The one time I needed a Dr, after a car accident, I was told I wouldn't be able to be seen for that due to "liability reasons". Once I transferred to a legitimate health care provider, I filled out the paperwork to get my records transferred. Found out today that they hadn't sent the info to my new clinic. I called and inquired and got hung up on once I started expressing my frustration. So I drove there, filled out the paperwork and was told I could expect the new clinic to get it "within 30 days."
