I absolutely adore Dr Dana but the practice she works for leaves much to be desired. They like to schedule appointments and cancel them without telling you. They discharge you at the drop of a hat. Administration is horrible to deal with. It would be nice if they cared about patients but it seems like they are so overbooked that you can't even get in for months. Though I love the doctor it takes too many hoops to jump through to get to her.
Appointments mean nothing why even bother with settingnone up.. the only good doctor they had left. You'll die before being seen.
Do NOT go with Sonya Coombes NP. She DOES NOT Listen to what you are explaining. She is so rude and cuts you off as you are talking. I had the worst experience with her today. Totally waste of my time. Go to another medical facility!
Started seeing Dana several years ago. I was having severe knee pain and old doctor could not help me. Switched to Dr Dana and she immediately had me see a knee specialist. They determined I needed new knee. Thank God for Dr Dana and she gave me medicine to help relieve pain till my knee surgery. Since I have been with her my blood pressure has dropped, I’m eating better and my blood sugar is good now.
