I've been living at Center Pointe for almost a year and I love it. I love the view from my patio, the pool the people and everyone in the office. Mike and the team in the office are amazing. Maintenance is so quick and efficient and they're the sweetest people! This area is so quiet and peaceful as well. The grounds are kept in great condition the landscapers come every Friday and leave everything looking so pretty! I would definitely recommend Center Pointe to anyone looking for a good place to live.
Going on almost a yr since we moved here and we're glad we chose Center Pointe. The property is well maintained, quiet and in a great area close to so much. Can't say enough good things about their response to maintenance requests and the friendly staff. Coming from Chicago, it's a breathe of fresh air, literally. ☺️
I’ve been living in this apartment community for two years, and my experience has been very positive. The leasing office staff have always been friendly, respectful, and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The maintenance team is also reliable and responds to requests in a timely manner. They do a good job and are always polite. I appreciate their professionalism and the welcoming atmosphere they create. Overall, I’m happy living here and would recommend this community.
I've lived here for the last couple of years, and it's wonderful! From the moment I applied, the team has always been responsive and kind. Great for those with kids and pets, and the location is perfect for getting where we need to go.
We’ve been at center point for two years and it’s been lovely! Maintenance is very attentive and the lot is well maintained.
