My wife and I absolutely love living here. Its peaceful, feels woodsy, parking fees are very low, our rent is a good price, spacious 1br with a nice patio, access to gym, pool and hot tub along with a coffee bar and pool table. Maintenance and staff are also very kind and chill. This is by far my favorite apartment Ive ever lived at. My partner and I have loved living here. It's a quiet community and the staff are friendly.
I've been living here for almost a year and it's honestly been one of the nicest places I've lived. It's in a great location, just close enough to everything to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet and secluded. It's right next to two nature parks that are within walking distance, and the staff are so kind and helpful. Good people work and live here, highly recommend.
We have lived at Center Pointe for 2 years. Originally in a 1 bedroom and now in a 2 bedroom. They allow you to transfer to another apartment mid-lease with no penalty and 2 free days to move which is quite a perk. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The community is dog friendly, quiet, and clean with walking trails nearby. Parking is free and plentiful. There is trash service 5 nights a week with a trash compactor and recycling on site. We love living here!
