Great spot to live!
I lived here for 4 years with no complaints. The location is car dependent, but otherwise great. It's walking distance to MAX with a safe neighborhood you can walk in anytime of day or night. The complex is quiet with responsive leasing and maintenance. Parking is easy most of the year, though it gets tight around holidays and long weekends as expected. If you want a peaceful place near transit, this apartment works.
Great neighborhood. Staff are always very friendly and respond same day or next day to any concerns or maintenance issues.
Center Point is home, I've truly never felt this comfortable anywhere else! The apartments are gorgeous, the property is very well maintained, any maintenance requests I've had have been very promptly addressed (usually a full fix within 24 hours.) Communication with staff is solid, they send out emails for events and property projects to be aware of which I always really appreciate. There's always parking available too which is a huge plus. Center Pointe Apartments is a great place to live. All of the staff are friendly, approachable and always helpful. Maintenance requests are always fixed promptly and to very high standard. The loaction is perfect; convenient for the MAX, freeways, grocery stores and downtown Beaverton, but far enough away to be peaceful with a local nature park and walking trails. It's easy to give Center Pointe Apartments at Beaverton 5 stars, they thoroughly deserve it.
