I've been living here for 2 years, and I’ve really enjoyed living here. Nice location and great management. It’s very nice to have both convenience and peace at the same time. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The leasing office and maintenance team are always friendly, helpful and responsive. Center Pointe Apartments is definitely the great place to live! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment in Beaverton.

Horrible signs
The staff here is always curtious and smiling, the maintenance crew is efficient and thorough with all repairs. The staff here goes above and beyond there job. They make me feel like I'm welcomed. I'm older so technology is a problem sometimes, not here the staff taught me how to use the lockers and my residents portal. They are a great team. The manager is always smiling, very professional staff.
Originally, I chose Center Pointe Apartments for its fantastic location (so close to everything/walking parks/easy access to many groceries stores/companies/restaurants/cedar hills area) and spacious room. However, I decided to choose them for its smooth process of moving in and staffing members. My partner and I have been staying here for 2 years and planning on renewing our lease soon because we do enjoy staying at Center Pointe apartments.
