Originally, I chose Center Pointe Apartments for its fantastic location (so close to everything/walking parks/easy access to many groceries stores/companies/restaurants/cedar hills area) and spacious room. However, I decided to choose them for its smooth process of moving in and staffing members. Had an absolute great 2 years of living at the center pointe apartments. Great price and space as well. Friendly neighbors and beautiful balcony which faced a beautiful view of the pond. Altogether really loved living here.
It's been a great 10 years living at this apartment, and the staff/maintenance have been fantastic. I'm really going to miss the community, since I moved out of state for my new job. I lived a long the main road where it can get noisy with cars passing by. However, I used a fan or white noise to drain out the sound.
Absolutely amazing experience, hands down the best management team I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! A++. Location is great!
One of the best locations if you're in Beaverton. Next to the max and downtown food carts are around the corner! The manager and staff is amazing! Super friendly and helpful.
