I was looking forward to getting a bid on a bath to shower conversation after receiving their information as a referral. The company and owner were quick to make contact with me on scheduling with their sales guy. We set up an appointment for the upcoming Monday. Monday came and nobody ever showed up or bothered to call us. I sent a text to the owner letting him know that we had waited for someone to come but we would now need to move forward with contacting other companies. Still no response or explanation. The Center Point crew showed great flexibility in adapting to complications that arose. Levelling a floor with a trowel was unanticipated but handled professionally. Relocating a wall wasn't in the original plan, but was accommodated smoothly. Every member of the team was pleasant and approachable. Very pleased overall.

I can't say enough about how great these guys were. Great work, great products, easy process since you could pick everything out from their catalog. Kept me informed and went above and beyond. If you need remodeling services, I highly recommend them.
