Josh is great at keeping communication, always processes my inspection reports timely, and has done a very thorough job twice for me now. His inspection report revealed a great amount of water damage in a home with on going flood hazards, saving me a great deal of money in avoiding a bad home investment. I have used him twice and would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector in the North central Texas area.
