AWFUL place to live. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! The management at this complex is horrid and don't even bother calling CTL management to talk with Jacqueline to address a problem on a higher lever if its not resolved with management-she is just as ignorant as the people running the place! Great Great! – I am so happy I moved here! The management and staff are great, very friendly and always are there to help you out. The staff is the reason why I give this property 5 stars. the maintenance guys are awesome, they show up quickly and know how to fix the problem every time. My car did get broken into parked in my assigned spot, but it was my fault to leave items in view. Weekends like most apt complexes can be a little noisy. Very pour management – When renting from them, they were disrespectful during the initial inspection, speaking to my father, who gave me a ride there since I didn?t have my car with me at the time instead of to me (I rented and paid for the place myself, and don?t live with my parents). The place was nasty when I moved in, the counters were grimy and the place smelled like mold. The toilet was badly damaged and about to break open, and the hot water didn?t work when I moved in.
