We worked with a VP at National Office Systems for new flooring and installation of a small office space—partly in wood vinyl tile and mostly in carpet squares. The experience as a whole, as well as the final outcome, was extremely frustrating. The VP was late to every meeting we had, responded to only about half of our emails, and regularly didn't answer our phone calls or return our call.
