I walked into this walk-in because my shoulder hurt the woman doc I wish I knew her name may have saved my life she heard me cough an ordered a chest X-ray she told me I needed to go to the hospital immediately. I told her I would go tomorrow she convinced me I went I found out I have cancer without her X-ray I would have left an it would have gotten a lot worse thank u.
Went there recently and the front desk does not seem to be familiar with Blue Cross co-pays. My Blue Cross copay is $50 and even after showing her the co-pay info on my card, she said I had to pay $100 to be seen by the Dr. Told us they were privately owned and could charge whatever they want. Called Blue Cross and they said not true, they are supposed to charge co-pay according to the agreement. This place sucks. I will never step foot in there again. They need to fire the people at the desk first and foremost.
I've never experienced such complete incompetence from medical staff ever. The man that works the front desk has no problem talking poorly and complaining about patients that he just checked in to the next people he checked in. Not to mention it took 45 minutes per person to check in. He had plenty of of time to complain about the phone, or getting records etc. I've never seen anything like it.
No wait at all. Quick treatment and pleasant doctors and nurses.
I usually do not have a problem with this place but recently I went there got diginosed with bronchitis.... two days later I got so much worst so I went to call them the receptionist was rude to me for no reason usually the male receptionist answers and he's very respectful but this women who answer had such a bug up her ass. The nurse that she transferred me to wouldn't let me talk to the doctors and pretty much told me it's no one fault but my own and she hung up on me which lead me to go to the hospital where they had tol... read more
