Second time in a month that I had a primary appointment but for some reason they take in everyone else that comes before and after you first! First time I waited over an hour in the waiting room while they took in all the urgent care patients first. Today I sat there waiting patiently until they took the guy that came in behind me who had never even been there before!!! Mind you I was already checked in as a PRIMARY patient! Time to find a new primary doctor! 😡
The nurses were so nice and funny! The wait was long only because there was one doctor on, but they did everything to make it an easy trip! Thank you!
I went in to be treated and I was verbally abused by the M/A Bella who referred to herself as the manager. I did not have the energy to defend myself. I asked to speak with someone or have someone wait on me in her place and they told me that there was no one. I’ve always had a great experience in past visits. I hope they revert back to the cameras to see what transpired. I will be going to Ocean State Urgent Care for my future urgent care visits. It was very embarrassing.
I am still picking my jaw up off the ground after hearing a dr and a medical assistant touch base as to why I am here. As the medical assistant was relaying the reason I am being seen the Dr. says “ that’s too much information, just give me two sentences” then proceeded to speak to the assistant as if she needed a color by number book to do her job, I’m shook people! This is why I work with kids. If my boss ever spoke to me like what I just heard, I would be arrested and Dr. Lisa Turner would need a dentist.
Took an X-ray of my wife’s arm after a fall. Said it was just a really bad bruise. Ended up at RI Hospital 3 days later. Her arm was fractured. Very unprofessional staff.
Made an appointment for 1030am at 11.40 am left didn't see anyone girl at front desk said they needed an empty room .when two other people went in before me ..VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE TODAY
