We specialize in AR15 modifications, Heckler & Koch parts, Nevada and Utah concealed carry courses, NRA programs and are certified Glock and HK armorers. Perfect customer service I went to this store today {3/29/11} and have no idea what your talking about. Yes, the owner was there. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He spent about 20 min answering my questions. ZERO attitude. Non- judgmental and just a nice guy to boot. I'm a first time gun buyer and he understood that. Center Mass Firearms is a great shop I made Center Mass one of my first stops after moving to the Henderson area. I was not disappointed. I was met with a friendly greeting and a very helpful staff. If your an H&K owner there is no better shop, I was able to buy a obscure magazine part right off the shelf. Over Price I went in on a Friday to buy a 9mm. Their pricess are unreasonable and they are way overpriced. If you dont believe me you can write the model they are selling and google the price and you will see the difference. The staff is not very helpfull and they have the attitude of "it is what it is". If you are looking for some good pricings try "Spurlocks".
Decent selection of items, horrible owner Since no one else has written any comments on Center Mass. So, I guess that's my job. First of all, the selection at this store is typical gun shop fare. Not an overwhelmingly amazing selection, but not a bad one either. What ruins this store is the horrible staff. Outstanding Gun Shop My wife and I wanted to purchase a handgun for home protection and found Center Mass on this site. We read the one review but decided it was not credible, so we visited the store. What we found was exactly the opposite of what we read on this site. Great store Center Mass Firearm is an excellent establishment with knowledgeable staff and great selection of hand guns. I went in looking for weapon to carry concealed. I am female with small hands and fairly new to hand guns. Iâm so happy to see them offer something besides a Glock. Center Mass Firearms is not my favorite Went in to Center Mass to check on guns I was interested in. I found it funny to see so many kids wearing guns with clips stuck all around their middle like they were out in the middle of Iraq. I did buy a gun because I hadn't checked anywhere else. I found I paid a lot more for it than I found on line at BudsGunShop on line and have since bought two more from Buds. I wouldn't go back to Center Mass as there are a couple of other gun shops in the area that are much better to deal with.... read more
Center Mass Firearms is Awesome. Wanted to buy a M4 carbine and optics. Staff was very patient with my questions and even the owner helped me. I read the other reviews and did try Spurlocks first, staff there was no help. Amazing how you read these comments and wonder if someone had a chip on their shoulder. I am not offended when a gun store has its staff armed. I did notice they rent all types of firearms including Machine guns. It seems to me a priority would be to protect the inventory from robbery. Overpriced products and 10-20% FFL transfer rate. Gun prices are over the top, bought same products in other establishments in same area for 10 even 15% less. Have to buy overprice bullets to shoot in the range, can't use your own. Owner is not friendly, however they always have ammo due to their insane prices.
