Best in the city. This hardware store is the best in the city with plenty of hard to find items, great customer service, and competitive prices. It's like being a kid in a candy store.
Average I probably would not return here because I have another hardware store that meets my needs better. They are average - and would probably be good for someone with average hardware needs. The staff seems sparse sometimes and I end up waiting quite a bit if I have questions. A couple of times they have not had the items I am looking for. PROS: good for small needs CONS: not enough staff or selection
