After 37 years working in the trades, I found myself with limited movement and chronic pain. I was fortunate to have Joseph as my instructor. You can quickly tell the passion he has for teaching and one's overall goals. I've never met anyone so intune to achieving balance within the body. I love that they offer a membership as well as personal trainers. The studio with all it has to offer is definitely equipped to help the novice to the athlete. It quickly became my happy place.

This is a beautiful studio with a wide range of equipment! I appreciated the thoughtful layout, ease of moving through my workout and the warm and welcoming vibe. Joseph (the owner and one of the instructors) has a super-power and that is to read and understand bodies in movement. I thought I was pretty attuned to my movement patterning, but I was floored by Joseph's expertise, precision and how fun he makes the learning process!
