There is stretching, Yoga, and Pilates, and then there’s Gyrotonic. If you want to be able to move more and really get back to living your life, this is for you. Joseph is amazing at what he does and excellent at explaining the hard to understand moves. I have stretched before workouts but not like this. This was a workout and stretching combined!
