First time doing gyrotonic, and I honestly had no idea what to expect. Walking in and seeing the equipment, my first thought was that we’d wandered into a torture chamber. Ten minutes later I was completely comfortable. Ariel guided us through the entire session, lots of stretching and low impact range of motion work, and never once did I feel like I had to push or force anything. She just kept us moving. Highly recommend! The space is clean and welcoming + there's free parking behind the building. Joseph is knowledgeable, kind, and extraordinarily attuned. Each session is custom, designed for exactly what I need that day. I've brought friends of a wide range of fitness levels and ages (20s-60s). Joseph's passion for helping everyone move with more ease is clear!

There is stretching, Yoga, and Pilates, and then there’s Gyrotonic. If you want to be able to move more and really get back to living your life, this is for you. Joseph is amazing at what he does and excellent at explaining the hard to understand moves. I have stretched before workouts but not like this. This was a workout and stretching combined!
