Poor inspection due to guessing by the inspector of items he was unsure about and couldn't fully cover during the inspection and sale of our house to the buyer. He put the responsibility of results to us or buyer of items he couldn't complete. In doing this, the buyer and future buyers thought there were items in the house that had problems, when these items worked completely and had been fixed years before this inspection. RecommendedJim put us on his schedule promptly and made our lives very easy. While on the property, Jim encouraged us to walk around with him while he pointed things out, even going as far as educating us on certain aspects, which we LOVED! We got our inspection report right on schedule and it even included those educational aspects and recommendations for how to repair/fix/replace things ourselves if we weren't going to have the seller address them. MAJOR problems were missed during the inspection of the home we bought. We did not find them until after closing.

Jim is a great guy and thorough inspector! Very happy with our experience.
Came out to inspect my home that I had for sale per buyer's request. Pointed out trivial items (which is o.k. just trying to do their job) while missing obvious issues like missing shingles on the roof. Proceeded to shut off half my electrical panel including all appliances in the kitchen without turning them back on. Unfortunately I was living between two homes and did not find this issue until 8 days later resulting in spoilage of everything in the refrigerator and freezer. Ended up throwing away over $500 in groceries.
