I hear one or your admission clerks very vocal about the rules when admitting new patients. And she is very loud and about when saying "if your 10 minutes or more late" you will have to reschedule. I have been going to this center for over a year and MANY times you and your staff are more than 10 minutes late being seen. You need to practice what you preach.
