I love my wound care ladies. Miss Pam is real sweet and Miss Wendy is real real sweet, they listen to what you have to say and will let you know if everything's okay or if you're right you know that you do need to see a doctor if you think you need to see a doctor they will make it happen as soon as it needs to happen without a doubt. The Dr's. & staff are great. They take good care of me & treat me nice.
Was referred to this wound care center by the hospital for my husband's diabetic wound. When I called to set up appointment I gave her his insurance information and she said she would reach out to get prior authorization from his PCP. I told her my husband has dyalisis 3 days a week and had surgery Thursday for a fistula for dyalisis. So they set up an appointment for today on Tuesday. So, they do not allow "visitors" back with the patients now. They have decided that then person responsible for the patients care is just a visitor. We are supposed to care for these at home and know what is going on with them without being here to hear all of this. My father in law was left to make decisions about his care and that is how he ended up here. He is 70 years old and doesn't remember 1/2 of what they say and then doesn't even get most of that right when he tells somebody about it. Just to update...She walked him... read more
