I Hurd about it but never been there it’s the number one and greatest place to be when you want and need help
No one ever helps. Been put on hold 3 times. Don't bother calling unless you want to wait on the phone for hours without help. I will never know if I'm okay or not.
0 stars if I could- I called to set my daughter appt today and the young lady asked which clinic and I told her BOULEVARD TWICE, so it’s set for 1:40. We get there for them to say the appt was set for the Southside clinic. This is the second time I’ve had a mishap and my kid was never seen. They literally need to dismantle this place, fire everyone and get new professional staff that act like they didn’t lie on their application cause it’s giving I don’t know how to do my damn job. I was told the appointment was going to take 20 minutes. After an hour & a half I stepped out the office & asked if someone was going to see me because I was supposed to be at work an hour ago. After another 10 or so minutes the doctor came in. I told her the type of birth control I needed, that I have been on for years. I recently lost my coverage which is why I was at this clinic.
