Not a good experience with Marie Angeline Lim who I saw for my initial visit. She went over two procedures that I should have and went over it so fast I felt like I was rushed through the appointment and didn't really get a good grasp on what was going on. Waited and waited for a pre-authorization and they never called but I got a text saying I owed money. Figures. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They help me in any way they can. I see 5 different doctors and Harlyn is fast but thorough.
The staff is very friendly, outgoing and always willing to help and will advise you what to do as precaution. They take their time and consideration out of their time to help you do things that you normally won't do on your own. Would reconmmend family friends neighbors who need help. The young kid at the front knows me by name. Harlan spends time with me and make me feel important. Audrey is an amazing assistant.
Everyone is very friendly and caring. They actually care when they ask you questions. Audrey listens. Zach is so sweet, polite, and knows me by name which makes it personable. Harlyn is genuinely caring and saw me for a stat trigger point injection which helped tremendously with my pain with the help of Adriana.
I love Harlyn and Audrey. They're very helpful and care a lot about their patients well being. I don't want to lose them.
