i have had issues with my vision my entire life. The staff is amazing with convergence issues. They also knew exactly what to do with my glasses when I was having issues with the clarity.
Great people. This place is a life saver.
After many years of searching for answers regarding our youngest daughter's issues involving learning her letters and numbers, reading, and such, she received a diagnosis of several learning disorders, including dyslexia. I did my research into interventions that would help her and found Dr. Davidson. After several months of vision therapy with Halle and regular check-ins with Dr. Davidson, our daughter's vision issues are resolved, her reading has improved, and she is even choosing to read! We are so grateful we found the C... read more
I cannot recommend the doctors and staff here highly enough!
My 3rd grader had been wearing glasses for about three years, when she failed most of the questions on a routine vision screening done at her school by the Delta Gamma Center (with her glasses on). Worried, we called her optometrist, and she referred us to the Center for Vision and Learning for vision therapy. After about five months of vision therapy with Halle and Dr. Davidson, she graduated. Now a 4th grader, yesterday she came home from school, following the yearly school Delta Gamma screening, and she proudly announced ... read more
My daughter began struggling in 3rd grade, 16 years ago. After a lot of research and arguing with the school who wanted to label her with a learning disability I found Dr. Gail. She was treated with vision therapy and I am proud to say I am in the car on my way to her college graduation today. I am certain without this therapy she would not be where she is today. Thank you for the great work you do!!!!
Don’t buy glasses there! If there is a problem they will say it’s not their fault and they can’t know in advance if the glasses with fit with the prescription. No accountability and they really don’t care. You tell them and they’re like well tough luck! And then they call themselves professionals
Dr. Davidson is the absolute best!! She is the 6th eye doctor I've taken my 4 year old to see. We spent the entire appointment on the floor, playing, talking, and laughing. Dr. Davidson was able to completely assess my daughter's vision during play. She spent lots of time explaining to me the ins and outs of my daughter's condition, and she thoughtfully answered my questions. Additionally, the staff at the center were very friendly. I left the appointment crying tears of joy....I finally found an eye doctor that I trust!!
My son started seeing Dr. Schembri for a visual processing disability when he was 6. She quickly got him reading above level. He's 11 now. She diagnosed his sister's issue when she was 4 and got glasses in her to start correcting it. We live 2 hours away and I wouldn't take my kids to another eye doctor. A+
