Had multiple appointments get cancelled at the last minute and one that I scheduled one day to only have it cancelled in the same day. Top it off, having to wait well past scheduled times, especially when I was the first appointment in the morning!
Amazing dr and team. Professional and friendly service from consultation, booking appt, to doing the procedure. I could’ve went to other closer locations but Leesburg office is my favorite. Worth the drive. Highly recommend. A++++++++ above and beyond service.
This is a really nice practice overall that helped me through the strangeness of having vein work done. Dr. Francois explained in simple terms what procedures she was doing. She was patient and kind. The nursing staff has been lovely as well. Recommend.
