I have been going to the Center for Vein Restoration in Leesburg, VA for many years due to my severe venous insufficiency. Dr. Czestochowa Francois is an outstanding physician. Update- Dr. Francois and her staff reached out and went out of their way to make sure all was taken care of. I felt heard and valued. I met with Dr. Francois and went over my results and treatment plan. Came away very impressed, felt heard, and very happy with my treatment plan and level of care. Changed to 5 stars. Not the best experience with this company and location. At the appointment, felt a bit like I was on a conveyor belt, but medically like the care was decent but nothing more. I was measured for compression socks, which they ordered in the wrong size. I received the socks and discovered the wrong size. I called the clinic thinking I was getting the office I physically went to. Nope, got a central line but was told to take the socks back to the clinic office where I had my appointment to return/exchange. They told me the offic... read more
