Just left my appointment with Dr. Lutins , he was in the room not even 5 minutes and was very dismissive when I asked one question! Walked out of the room before I could ask any others.
Absolutely the worst Dr ever…. He was 20 minutes late and then spent less than 2 minutes in the room with us. Informed us my husband has cancer and acted like he was telling us the cafeteria was out of meatloaf. Very dismissive, started walking out of the room as I was trying to ask a question.
Terrible pre surgery communication , he's Terrible.
I took my mother (70) to a hospital follow up appointment with Dr. Lutins on Mon, Sep 19, 2022. He barely spent 2 min in the room with us, he was dismissive and walked away as we tried to ask questions. My mother had a catheter left in her following her hospitalization from a few days earlier. He simply looking at her, said it would just have to stay in for the rest of her life, that in her state that’s best that could happen. No physical examination. No review of her medical records. With four (4) other urologists to choose from in this practice, please AVOID Dr. Jay A. Lutins. I took my very frail 89-year-old mother to Dr. Lutins on January 20, 2023. We arrived 30 minutes early to fill out the required paperwork and provide a urine sample. We were ushered into an exam room around the scheduled appointment time.
