I highly recommend this place. I am a patient with other trans centers, but Johns Hopkins is my favorite. I always have positive experience here, but the security at the entrance? I am confused at what they are searching.. i work in a highly secured place, and even my workplace doesn’t do things these guys are doing. My profession is not in security, but even my ignorant eyes can tell they are not providing any deterrence if someone is determined to commit nefarious acts, but i guess it’s better than nothing. Johns Hopkins Center for Transgender and Gender Expansive Health is an innovative leader in trans care. I can’t thank Dr. Liang enough for the support and care provided by her team. This was an incredible experience from the thorough consultation, to the kind staff that welcomed my family and I into the surgical center. I had Dr. Liang for my bottom surgery and it’s easily been one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had with a hospital!! The team charged with taking care of me was always happy to listen to any of my questions and I’m honestly going to miss their lovely personalities! As for the surgery itself, it turned out more perfect than I ever could’ve imagined!!!
