Everyone was very nice. Only complaint was waiting so long to get stitches. Nearly an hour. Numbing was wearing off so had to get shot again. Was very impressed with calling me twice after I got home to check on me. I did have a bleeder.
I love my Doctor, and his nurse, made me feel so good. got a hug after our talk..wonderful place..!

I had my initial appointment yesterday, and I was beyond pleased. The staff was friendly and super efficient. I felt my exam was thorough, everything was fully explained, and all questions were answered. I had a new patient appointment with a minor procedure, and I was in and out in well under an hour.
What a great experience I had yesterday! Surgery is no fun, but all of the folks there were so professional, friendly, courteous ... Dr. Biernat is da' bomb!
