Great experience at the Specialty Surgery of Austin. I received a pre-checkin call from billing and another from the nurse giving me all the information that I needed. They were both helpful and friendly. The facility was very clean and organized and the person at check in was knowledgeable. The place was calm (unlike other places that have a chaotic environment). The doctors, nurses and office staff were very helpful, courteous , patient and attentive. I had cataract surgery and everything went smoothly.
Highly recommend! The specialty medical Outpatient facility Is well-maintained, very clean, and the Front Desk staff is friendly and efficient. My early morning appointment for a lower lumbar injection was pain-free (w/mild sedation) during and afterward. If I need any further treatments, this will be my go-to location (Shoal Creek Blvd. address)

You always hear about establishments in the medical field that prioritize profit over customer care and in my option, this office is a prime example. Unless you enjoy consistent lack of communication or miscommunication, then this is not the place for you. For the past two years I’ve been a patient here and on a positive note, I do believe certain providers (Dr. Amasha) truly care about their patients.
