Trisha is the worst rude nasty very dismissive and comes off very fake an unapproachable Eric was great in the over night and the director Randy is nice as well but Trisha will not answer any questions when I'm not doing a test then when asked about my test she says she doesn't know. she also likes to ease drop on your conversation and doesn't want to feed you when it's payed my the insurance and it's on the schedule for the tests.she needs to be retrained a horrible interaction with this individual.

They are like robots. If you have any other health issues; they are more worried on getting the test done than your physical and mental well being. The director Randy was so focused on telling me how good his employee was instead of acknowledging any wrong doing. Luckily the employee I had an issue with corrected and softened her behavior allowing me to feel more comfortable to finish my test. I don’t feel the need to mention her name or what she did. I would give 0 if I could. Do not go to JCMC for sleep tests. I should have read the previous review before I went there. There should be no at home sleep test cost more than $2000 and without any transparency or pre treatment notice. During the process, I was not informed at all regarding the test cost. The lack of transparency and communication was frustrating. The cost does not match the service provided. Do not go to the Center for Sleep Disorders at JCMC. I did an at-home sleep study last summer and was charged over $2000 for a simple test that could have been done for 1/4 of the cost at another facility. The center lacked transparency and provided poor customer service when I called to question the charges, bouncing me between billing and the facility multiple times without any helpful explanation or sense of patient care.
