3yrs after cataract surgery with Dr Lahners. Still straining to see, warm compresses and expensive drops every day. His cure was "give it some more time" by that - he expected I would seek eyecare elsewhere. He was right as I had given up on Dr Lahners and Center for Sight. Unfortunately, not much for options out there as told once a replacement lens heals into the eye, there is no method to change it. So sad Dr Lahners advice was to "give it more time"... Truly friendly and competent staff. Had a better eye exam than usual and lots of good instruction. My husband had cataract surgery. no pain no side effects, so easy. I got to watch facinating!
Cataract evAlsatian on 1/02/2020, with David Shoemaker, M.D. Excellent staff, superior services and best Opthalmologist I have ever seen. Prognosis: cataract surgery not needed at this time, Rx given, monitor eye health Return in one year. Impressive organization. Thank you, Dr. Shoemaker.
