Kind and caring environment. Dr, Len Brown and team are very thorough and professional. I do not leave with questions or concerns. They have addressed needs immediately when I have been out of town.
All personnel friendly & efficient. Dr. Brown explained my situation thoroughly & made the propper referral for it.
Dr. Brown and his staff is awesome. However the receptionist was somewhat occupied but did Acknowledge my existence looked at me Times she should’ve said I’ll be with you in a moment. Seven minutes stood there waiting for her acknowledgment so I can sit down and read a magazine and wait for my appointment the time I spent picking out sunglasses there was a woman standing there at the reception desk with no reception. I would say that was a good 12 minutes. Still, nobody was there she needs training
