Dr. Carter & staff are excellent very thorough and they take their time with you and they answer all questions and concerns

dr carter is great! No problems in office waiting time like any other dr office they get busy with someone that needs more time and has a problem which is understandable. People should have more time alloted for their visits cause drs are busy......not everyone has the same health problem...be kind!
Arrived on time for my 8:15am appointment with registration and all consents completed on-line prior to appointment date. Waited full 30 minutes before being called into room for initial vision testing by tech. Upon completion of vision testing was put in exam room with door closed for another 30 minutes waiting for Dr. Carter. Time spent with physician was minimal compared to overall time spent in the office. Physician seemed rushed and didn't offer information about eye exam until specific questions posed. Dr. Carter and staff as usual have been outstanding. I have been going to the clinic since 1993 because of the wonderful doctors and staff at this location. ????
