Dr. Carter is an excellent Profession Ophthalmologist. I have been seeing her for a number of years. Always takes extreme care in all she does. I have had 2 yag laser procedures with tremendous ease. Excellent in diagnosing any issues. You are in great care with her and I highly recommend Dr. Julia Carter.

Great Ophthalmology Center, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Julie Carter taking time to go over everything clearly. Highly recommended.
I was very impressed with the tech that took me through the different machines. He explained everything and was very patient and encouraging. Dr. Carter has been looking over the health of my eyes for several years, and she is gives me good advice about what she finds.

Dr. Carter is very knowledgeable. She doesn’t overreact but takes good care of you when you’re with her. She listens to you.
The technician David was very patient. He had a concern about Dilation so he called in another technician who agreed and they brought in Dr. Carter to check to see if I could be dilated. Then Dr. Carter came back 10 minutes later to finish her exam which went smoothly. The final result is that it is time for Cataract surgery.
Dr. Carter is very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend her.
