The staff and optometrist were equally impressive; as they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and offered compassionate care.
Learned that Dr Fall had been interpreting my IOP without considering that I had LASIK surgery (which has been over 20 years ago). Now I find I have been told my IOP was normal, when it was elevated and should have been treated. Also I had to make three trips to receive Rx for eyeglasses because of no staff in eyeglass area (1st time) office closed for lunch in hand writen notce on door which is not the regular schedule, and third visit...had long wait due to no one at eyeglass area (second visit). I had excellent service at the Center for Sight in Pace. Cristina did all the testing needing to be done for a first time patient. She was so helpful explaining what was going on and checked my vision to see how my cataracts are “maturing”. That test was revealing. Then Dr. Stephen Jones along with his technician Shelby continued the exam. The result is that I am moving forward on getting my cataracts removed and I am very relieved and looking forward to the results.
