Dr, Mertzluff provided excellent care, as always, answering questions and explaining everything thoroughly, with care.

Dr Mertzlufft is always on top of it. Knows his stuff and provides good prognostic information. The technicians were through and friendly. The front staff in the other hand…..they didn’t greet incoming clients, no eye contact during check in, and dismissive checkout while getting my new Rx. I hope the management will start some client service training for their non medical staff.
