This is unacceptable. We would not recommend this place at all . They are unprofessional and horrible on time management not to mention their horrible phone services to make an appointment you can never get a hold of them so don’t waste your time.
Still Not Sure If This Even Exists It's been 10 days with no response. I've called multiple times, spent hours on hold, only to get an automated message saying no one is available and that someone will call me back. No one ever does. It doesn’t matter what time of day I try, they simply don’t respond. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
why have an optometrist center in modesto but the person who can order the glasses only goes to stockton and manteca. makes no sense, and if you know very little about where to get glasses from you're stuck having to do the drive ( please go to the firmoo website for low cost, good quality frames and lenses), no friendly customer service, and a 2.3 star review on Google. Getting an appointment to see a doctor here is nearly impossible if you have an insurance on the "lower end" and will be treated horribly. The receptionist will give you the run around, and is completely rude. They take your information and claim they will speak with the doctor and call you back with an appointment, but the thing is they never do.
