En mi experiencia muy buen servicio desde la recepciónista como el doctor me atendieron muy amablemente y resolvieron todas mis preguntas
Mui mal servicio tienen horario de lunes a viernes de 8-5 y tienen el sign de abierto pero está serrado que servicio es ese acabo de pasar a las 3:30 de oi viernes y está serrado llamo y contestan pero es en otra oficina y la respuesta fue si no ai doctor no abren como la gente va a saber oi si puedo ir yo solo pase a recojer unos lentes yo no ocupo al doctor pero cuando me dijieron que los podia recojer en esa oficina no me dijieron que no abren diario
Honestly, it was a horrible experience throughout the process. I received no helpful guidance to assist with my cataract surgery. The results were not what I or the doctor expected. He claimed I wouldn't need glasses, I did. I still see better with the eye I didn't get surgery on. I was given the wrong prescription twice. Their last concern is what you have to say. They have a year-long waitlist for glasses, so I had to buy them from some other company and still can't see because the prescription wasn't done right. Can't get... read more
This is my 3rd time calling because i got referred to this place from my regular doctor and this place keeps hanging up on me after having me on hold for 15mins. No wonder they don’t have good reviews.
They do not have an optician and I cannot get glasses. I am having trouble finding other places that take my insurance.
