I came on to write a negative review for the receptionist, Angelica, but I'm not surprised I'm not the first. She has very poor customer service and requires more training. From my first phone call to her, it already seemed like I was bothering her. I asked for advice from the doctor on how to prepare for my mom's appointment and she said "I don't know" and told me to wait for the appointment. Fast forward to the appointment, the nurse was attentive and caring but the doctor came in for no more than 5 minutes, very short of words, and just referred us. But it's okay because I understand he did not want to be liable for anything he said. However, I felt a he could have shown a bit more concern. Just because my mother had diabetes, they brushed her eye blurriness for normal and rushed her out. We did not hear any reassuring words besides 'save your questions for the retinal specialist.' Back to Angelica, had the receptionist gave a good first and last impression, I could have given a higher rating. I understand that you may be the only receptionist and may be swamped but it's no way to rush people off the phone. I've been a receptionist myself and have been in the same boat with phone calls maxed, people waiting in line, but that's why we have sticky notes. Take notes, hear us out, address our concerns, and be honest. In my situation, you should have acknowledged and empathized with my concern, apologize that you cannot forward our referral right now as you are by yourself but will get to it as soon as it slows down. Tell me you've taken notes to remind yourself and maybe, you could have gone the extra mile by offering to call the place of referral since I gave a name. Instead, you rudely said all you can do is go off the referral without checking to see if you can do anything else, asked me "what do you want me to do?" with attitude, sighed heavily and placed me on hold but hung up on me. She even try to say that my mother is not the only patient and she cannot stop what she is doing for me. She said there are other people who come in for urgent matters as well. I never told her to stop, drop and roll. I just wanted her to put more effort into helping everyone as if she's scheduling her own mom but she just tries to get you off the phone asap. The worst part is, after emphasizing how we want a sooner appointment, she purposely calls the place of referral and schedules an appointment 1 month out. Who does that? Remember KARMA is real and you will remember my experience when it's your turn to schedule an appointment and remember that you could have and should have handled this matter better. Learn some customer service. It's more than just a smile, please and thank you. It's treating customers like you'd want yourself or family to be treated. If that's your idea of how you want to be treated, you have some real low expectations and the company needs to re-assess their employee skills or lack of.

The ppl are nice very clean.. But the eye specialist refuses to give my son with a TBI NERVE ATROPHY N GLAUCOMA A MEDIA CARD CBD OIL. WHICH IS PROVEN TO WORK FOR BOTH ATROPHY ND GLAUCOMA. SHE SAID, HE WILL ALWAYS BE HIGHL.. BUT THAT MOSTLY BECAUSE SHE IS AGAINST IT! "" NOT HAPPY.. SURGERY IS OUT OF THE QUESTION, N SHES NOT DOING ANY THING EXCEPT, GLASSES. THEN HIS NEUROLOGIST SAID HE NEEDS A SPECIAL KIND OF GLASSES TO KEEP HIS EYES STRAIGHT N STRENGTH THE MUSCLES. SHE SAID THERE IS NOOO SUCH THING. A NEURO WILL KNOW, N SO SHOULD SHE. NOT HAPPY WITH HER TREATMENTS. OH N BTW... CBG OIL IS THC FREE THE COMPONENTS THAT GET U HIGH. HE DONT WANNA BE HIGH, HE WANTS A CURE THAT WORKS. LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT PLACE...
