Awful experience. Please reevaluate who is a chosen claimed “supervisor”. The Watertown Center for sight supervisor is very unprofessional and unkind. I had a VERY stressful 2 weeks unnecessarily on a very urgent matter. The Ogdensburg office took care of my needs within 2 minutes so it was feasible to do. Brittany just did not like being wrong. ZERO stars would be a better fit. Watertown's outrageous and illegal conduct in retaliation for complaining against all that I wrote in my previous review includes but is not limited to: sending me a very very loving letter stating "it is unfortunate that we have determined that per our policy, you are being discharged from CFS at this time….” Maybe they might change their mind later on because they love giving me such tender loving rotten care. This place cant get anything right, from scheduling  to diagnosis to billing and then there is a big dog unleashed causing more disruption then already exists. After 2 years of making a 3 hour round trip I was only told that I suffer from dry eyes and was send to a room to sign up for unproven  $1800 treatment to be paid out of pocket, besides that unnecessary plugging, washing, drops, fish oil, etc has only made the problem worse. Horrible bunch of human beings. Pathological liars and demented, only subjected me for the past three years to unnecessary procedures and when I dis closed the diagnosis of a second opinion of a clear case of cataract I was told not to contact them and further lied to, that the staff repeatedly called me to inform me of my results when they never did. Did Dr. Sanni feel he was not obligated to advise his surgical patient that the procedure. He recommended was a complete failure?? No one at CFS EVER spoke those words to me.. was told in 5 min of my first minutes at Upstate though. My rating for CFS would be “0” stars.

Dr. Sanni was prepared to sacrifice MY vision - he was not willing to consult with a Glaucoma Specialist to find a solution for me - even though I asked. Please don’t support Center For Sight.

Dr. Sanni should understand - he performed a procedure that was not approved by insurance as it had a poor success rate. The addition of my auto-immune issue made that success rate even more distant. However, Dr. Sanni has yet to acknowledge his error. He did however, refuse to treat me and pushed me off on a PA who was not equipped to handle the complexity of my eye disease. He refused to treat meI, yet, he did the surgery. I will aggressively communicate what a poor physician he is.

I will be sure to clearly communicate how poorly my medical case was handled by Dr. Sanni and his , loosely worded , team. I have, and will Continue to tell every person I know how unprofessional my treatment t was and how aggressively unprofessional Dr. Sanni worked to push me out of his practice. Actually cancelling follow up care for a sever Glaucoma patient before a new caregiver has been identified. Is sad NYS DOH didn’t take the time to interview me.
