Everything was excellent Dr Sannia is the best
The in office people are great. wait times are sometimes long.. the bad is the scheduling department on the phone is horrible. They never call back when they say they will and they schedule appointments in offices far away from you and don't tell you they are making it for a different office they lead you to believe it's your home office.. I have found many places here in watertown are horrible with communication or even answering the phones.
What a joke, mas won't allow me to schedule another trip, they refuse to contact mas to okay the trip and when I call in I get stuck with someone who doesn't even understand English. Law suit waiting to happen because of their incompetence
