Most nurses were Nice and I loved the doctor we had. I did get frustrated and one of the nurses because she reminded me of my son coat and was nasty about it. She had a cold personality and really needs to work on this! I dont know if she has something going on but it definitely shows. I think her name was Katie and I she needs to be a bit more understanding especially since I apologized and she said nothing . Friendly clean office, we have had a few procedures done here sense 2013 and they always take the time to explain what is gonna happen and after care. They call a few days later to check in and the doctors are very friendly and efficient.
Scheduled for check in for 5:15am and it’s now 7:52am and still in the lobby.
Friendly and patient folks who made a stressful day manageable.
Easiest same day surgery I have ever had. Polite and considerate staff.
