My husband and I are cannot say enough about Dr Loy and his staff here at CRM. They are wonderful! After 5 years of infertility, multiple miscarriages, surgical procedures, & heartache, we welcomed our baby boy via ivf this January thanks to Dr Loy! As difficult as infertility is, I actually enjoyed seeing Dr Loy & his nurses on a weekly/ monthly basis. There was always a plan, they gave us hope, & were always very positive yet realistic. Dr. Silva was amazing... he got me through a lot of hardship... but then he up and left the practice and they never bothered to contact me to let me know... he was the only reason why I stayed at the practice for over a year... he cared about me as a patient but the practice itself only see’s dollar signs.they are horrible at communication too. I’ve moved on to a one doctor practice... best decision ever.
