We love Dr. Loy!!! Dr. Loy explains everything in ways you can understand, gives good advice, and was very accommodating to us. He really does care. Our third transfer was the charm and we got our sweet miracle baby girl. 💕
What a piece of crap facility to say it nicely. You spend thousands of dollars here and they treat you like a number. They call in wrong medication dosage, don’t keep your appointments and when you do show up they have no idea why you are there. I saw my doctor for the consultation only. Had another doctor or nurse practitioner doing the procedure never saw Dr. Jaffee again. Don’t waste your money! Go to an office that cares!
