This place is terrible. They are never running on time. They treat you like a number and they are very unprofessional. Avoid it if you can.
My husband and I will be forever thankful to CRM for giving us the opportunity to become parents. Our ivf journey had ups and downs and during our second round we transferred our one and only embryo and are now 24 weeks pregnant with our little girl. We could not have gotten here without Dr. Damario and his staff. We will be forever grateful! �
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the wonderful people at the CRM. They are all very special people to be doing what they do on a daily basis. There is nothing more emotional then trying to have a baby and most of us do not present to this practice on our best behavior and that never seems to bother the great nurses there. I have never felt more in-human. This is unlike any medical facility I have ever received care in. It feels like a factory. The physician feels cold and sterile. There is little compassion and it feels like the primary goal is to get your money. The most frustrating part of my experience is the inability to get my questions answered. My husband and I would leave messages for the nurses and we would never get calls back. The front desk staff would answer the phone but would defer many questions to the nurse line. I've been seeing Dr.Malo since 2007 when we were blessed with our daughter on our first try! He helped us again in 2012 right before he retired. Now in October I started seeing Dr. Damario and again on our first try we are expecting another! I love the help and the personal one on one time I have always gotten by the great staff at the St. Paul office. Julie has definitely been a great shoulder for me to lean on, to cry, laugh, worry or just talk! What a great place with great people to help with our miracles!
