My overall experience at this clinic has been good, and I’ve appreciated the care from the doctors and most of the staff. However, there is one nurse, Bethany, who has made several visits unpleasant. She comes across as rude, lacking empathy, and rushing through interactions. It feels difficult to ask her questions because she often responds with impatience or frustration, which makes the experience stressful rather than supportive.
