Very rude for no reason. You should have a better customer service representative!
The worst thing I could have done was go to this clinic with Dr. Jamie Peregrine!!! Rude, arrogant, and RACIST !!! She doesn't care about your feelings! She made feel dumb and stupid, she asked for an interpreter when even she didn't ask if I speak Spanish I drove 8 hrs from Colorado and I didn't receive a copy of my information , BUT I received 1 bill more of her consultation with the interpreter when I don't needed!!!
We have the living breathing proof! Great, caring staff and very professional throughout.
Dr. Grainger is amazing, I’m extremely thankful for him helping me finally have a diagnosis. The nurses and office staff are also great I’ve never had issues getting a call back within the same day.
