I was very debilitated by back pain, could not really do daily activities, such as walking, bending, getting in and out of bed, dressing, putting shoes and socks on, nor was able to participate in my fitness club activities. Within a month, thanks to the excellent diagnostic and treatment skills of the center staff I am nearly back to normal. Because of two slipped discs in my neck I was experiencing pain that radiated down my left arm to the knuckles in my hand. After just a few sessions with the Physical Therapist (Alison Corwin) I noticed some relief. She massaged the tightness in my muscles and taught me how to exercise to strenghten my back and arms. After going to the Center for Rehab & Sports Medicine twice a week for about two months I feel much better and my flexibility has improved tremendously.
