RecommendedI recently had the good fortune to begin Feldenkrais therapy with Jessica Zarins at the Center for Physical Health in West LA. After an auto accident my Doctor recommended Feldenkrais to heal my injuries to my left knee, low back, right leg and right shoulder. After 3-4 treatments I noticed significant relief from the pain.
