I just finished my 6 week session, and Cody was excellent. John worked with me as well. The assistants, Tashi, Nashoni, Diamond and Braedon were pleasant and competent. I told Cody of my balance problem and falling often, and he gave me 7 exercises for me to do daily. It really helped. The office staff was great, I hope I don't have to go again, but as needed. They offer you a 2 week free pass to use the other gym for bikes and other equipment. So I'll use it for the next 2 weeks. Sarah M.
