This place has horrible service for answering the phone I have gone while on the phone waiting to get an answer and I see no one doing anything but they refuse to answer the phone. Then they have the audacity to say they are busy when I see and hear them joking around and chatting. The only reason i haven’t taken my child to another office is because dr Alicia Medina is the best in there she actually cares for her patient and creates this family oriented relationship with kids.
