Worst patient service I have ever seen in a medical office! They make the appointments supposedly with the specialist, you wait 2 hours to be seen, and then they tell you Dr is not here are the assistant! And they bill the insurance based on surgeon visit! Very unethical office!
Th best facility and staff ever! Very professional!
Easy folks to work with! They try to accommodate their patients needs. I drove two hours to go there and they put forth a lot of effort to make my trips/trips count. Thank you guys for the extra effort!
I love this place. Derrick in the cast room was so nice and didn't seem to be bothered by my cast anxiety. I really appreciate the friendly compassion, Derrick! Of course Dr. Smith is amazing also. This has been horrible with my brokeness but having a office like this to come to eases the pain. Thank you! I did find the Tomball location top notch, sorry woodlands location :(

Being an X firefighter for 37 years, both my knees have worn out. I was referred to Dr James Mathis practing at TOSM in Tomball. He did a full replacement of my right knee last July 2016. That went great, I was up and moving around on my own within four weeks. He did such a great job on my right knee, I've just had Dr Mathis do a full knee replacement of my left. Again success, great job no pain from surgery and fantastic follow through afterwards in care.
