I had a total knee replacement with Dr Kevin Weiss. The experience was exceptional! The team that assisted this was amazing: the superior pre and post op care in the hospital , follow up at home, scheduling for ice therapy and home physical therapy were seamlessly done by them. I am only 3 weeks out of the surgery now. I feel I am much better along the recovery road , having benefited from this well - run team.
The older lady who is a front desk worker is very rude. She was rude to several patients and when I was speaking to the lady helping me she had to put her two cents in and be rude to me as well. It’s annoying enough having to wait past an appointment time but for the front desk lady who’s not even helping you chime in with an attitude is enough to make me want to find another doctor and location. My health concerns were so easily addressed by the very professional staff and follow up visits completed. I felt very confident about me being able to tackle my wellness program.
